The Ayrton Senna Institute has elected education as a tool to create opportunities of human development for the highest possible number of children and youth in order to help shorten this inequality. Thus, it creates and implements educational programs in large scale that take place at school and in complementary activities outside school. At school, the educational programs fi ght the biggest problems that prevent boys and girls from becoming winners in life, specially illiteracy and age/grade gap at school. Complementing school activities, the Programs guarantee quality education through sports, art, through a special work with young people and digital inclusion of poor communities. Since its foundation, the activities of Ayrton Senna Institue have already transformed the lives of 6.545.794 children and youth, qualifi ed 343.420 teachers of 1.368 cities around the country.
